The main reasons I wanted to go ahead and post today were so I could wish Parker a very happy birthday (that little boy blesses my life so much...he is a gift from God, and so is his brother). Remembering another boy who blessed my life, Jesse Anderson, who would have been 23 today. He was a part of our team several years ago. We also lost another past member of the team yesterday, Vickie Williams. Our prayers go out to JB!

I'm back...

Sorry I missed ya last week! I'm going to try to remember the songs for this week (I can't find my paper with the songs written on it).

We are thankful that Jacob is doing better, but he is still healing, so please continue to pray for him. Dawn is not feeling well, so lift her in prayer too. My back, or whatever it is, has really flared up and is causing me MUCH discomfort. I really try not to whine about this, but I've been battling this since August and I'm starting to get a bit discouraged. People suffer much more than this for years at a time, but I'd still appreciate your prayers. Mostly, just to find out exactly what is causing the pain. It's much easier to deal with pain when you know what's causing it.
Wah, wah, wah...whatever!

I trust you are all having a good week. Thanks so much to those of you who came out for the concert Tues. night. It was great... what an inspiration those kids are! Plan on us doing the last song of the concert. We heard it at Saddleback too, and I just love it!

Please be praying over the Congregational Meeting this weekend. This will be my debut chairing those meetings, and I have to admit, I'm not all that excited about it.
Dang, I just realized as I was typing that, that I didn't find anyone to record the meeting. See, I need prayer (and help).

How nice that in addition to those who are married honoring their spouses, we can also focus on the most important love of our lives, our God, and Savior, Jesus Christ!

I would appreciate your prayers for myself as well. The pain in my elbow and arm is getting worse, and the pain in my back is so bad, it affects every part of me. I am so thankful for my health and praise God for it all the time! I know He is allowing this pain for some good purpose in my life, but it really gets me down sometimes. Please pray for strength if the pain remains, and healing in God's time.


Since I was so late posting last week, I decided to post early this week.
I want to thank you again for the sacrifice of time and talent you give each week.
I am so immensely blessed by each of you, and very thankful. Be encouraged, and filled with joy! I love you all in Christ...

Greetings Team ~

Sorry I missed last week! I had a really difficult time choosing the songs, and had a crazy busy week. I was so encouraged by how took the songs that I had such a hard time with, and really used them on Sunday.
This week, things went much more smoothly...thank you Lord!
I'm thinking of starting a small group for the Praise Team on Sunday evenings. Please be in prayer with me about this.
